Logistics Management
We confirm a shipment’s documentation and compliance requirements before it moves, then coordinate its transport from origin to export point and on to its destination.
What We Coordinate
- Transport - selecting the appropriate method (air, sea or land) for the shipment.
- Customs clearance - the documentation required to move material across a border legally.
- Secure handling - packaging and handling appropriate to the material being shipped.
- Documentation continuity - making sure the export permit, customs paperwork and certificate of origin travel with the shipment, not separately from it.
Why Sequencing Matters
Treating logistics as a separate booking from documentation is how shipments get stuck at customs. We only move material once its export permit, customs clearance and certificate of origin are actually in place - in Uganda, for example, most legal gold exports move through Entebbe International Airport once that chain is confirmed.
